We do not know what you have been expecting but obviously, what a realtor does is sell buildings and land. They do not do anything outrageous or ridiculous for someone of this professional career. The title is what you would call a clickbait but not to worry, they are just as important to us than you another career job. Go have a talk with a realtor in Winter Park.
They could also be called Real Estate Agents but to be honest, it is easier to just call them realtors because it is only one word and two syllables. It does not sound a little tiring to listen o and we would rather be calling them that than the alternative. How about you?
They sound a lot more profession being called real estate agents but it just is so much of a mouth full. But either way, they are basically the same thing we have honestly no idea why we even bother calling them one if the other means exactly the same thing.
It is not like calling a girl a woman and the other way around. Because a girl is a young female while a woman is a grown female. Then there is the word lady and now we are just confused. Why do we have so many synonyms to these names and words?
Is it to make things a little prettier when trying to construct a sentence? Like the word confused can also be puzzled or befuddled? We swear that only writers are getting a kick out of using these many synonyms. Because it paints a prettier picture when writing it down and it would not sound like the writing of a ten year old kid.
But anyway enough of that rant about synonyms. Realtors are who you call upon when you want to either buy a house or sell one. Or maybe a piece of land that you would want to own for yourself or maybe use for your benefit temporarily. You make deals with them and some of the other owners there so no one gets befuddled when the other using something of theirs.
See? We just used the word befuddled because we are writers. But anyway, when you are trying to buy a building of some kind, you should know that it will cost more than your life saving and maybe a leg if you are not careful about picking the land. And haggle with the price if you can.
If you can even stomach spending all that amount without flinching of hiding your wallet, then you should go for it., besides you probably already knew it was going to cost so much, hence why you are even willing to go through the whole realtor talk.
Heaven knows doing business with these big people is a little nerve wracking and little exhausting. All that smiling you have to do and sugar coating that you may have to actually initiate. And then you have to think about the money. It would have been a lot better to just buy yourself a freaking toy, to be honest.
